For my entire adult life I was on a continuous diet. I was on every diet plan, tried every diet supplement, signed up for special exercises, ate every “weird food” that was supposed to increase your metabolism. 9. 95% of ALL DIETS fail, and result in weight being regained, plus additional weight to prevent starvation in the future. Dieting practically GUARANTEES that you will gain weight. Dieting is dangerous.
